西山宏明 [Hiro / n-shy / Morning of the Earth...]
音楽プロデューサー、音楽ディレクター、A&R、A&D、クリエイティブコンサルタント、
株式会社 WAVERS代表取締役社長

1966年、神奈川県横浜市生まれ。
音楽ディレクターとして、1991年〜レコーディング制作に携わる。
数多くのアーティストを発掘・育成を手がけ、ヒットコンテンツを量産。
企画・演出・プロデュースの他、徹底したスタジオ・ワークで
「刺さる・シビれる歌モノ」の現場監督としても知られる。
関連アーティストの累計CDヒットは1,000万枚を超える。
「何事もすべてディレクションで決まる」をモットーに生粋のディレクター魂で
表現活動をサポート。近年は（株）JIJI設立、感覚ピエロの活動を
バックアップ。現在は、坂本龍一氏のレーベル・エージェントに従事。
さらにはエンタメ人材投資家としても活躍中。
株式会社WAVERSで新たな事業を開始している。

Hiroaki Nishiyama [Hiro / n-shy / Morning of the Earth...].
Music producer, music director, A&R, A&D, creative consultant.
Born in 1966, in Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan.
As I lived very close to the US military base, I grew up listening to FEN radio.
As a music director, I have been involved in recording production since 1991.
I have discovered and nurtured various artists and mass-produced hits
- In total, more than 10 Million CD hits were sold.
Recent years I Established the company called 'JIJI',
and also has been assisting the work for "Kankaku Piero" .
Currently working for Ryuichi Sakamoto with production and advertising matters.
I am also active as an entertainment human resources investor.
I am now a president and CEO of WAVERS Inc.
Supporting expressive arts in any ways with a genuine director's spirit,
having my motto as “ Everything has starts with direction and ends with directions”
